You can book your stay at the Durham Mariott City Center (with special pricing for DUMUNC-affiliated groups) here.


Once there, follow the steps and you will receive your confirmation and invoice shortly after finishing registration.

Fees & Deadlines

Early Registration:

Deadline: Nov 30, 2016
Delegate fee: $75
School fee: $85

Regular Registration:

Period: December 1 - December 31, 2016
Delegate fee: $80
School fee: $90

Late Registration:

Period: January 1, 2017 - February 10, 2017
Delegate fee: $90
School fee: $100


In order to ensure registration prices, payment must be postmarked or submitted online by no later than the last day of the registration period. If payment is postmarked on a later date, an supplementary invoice will be issued to reflect the updated cost. Likewise, additional delegates will be invoiced for the period for which they are added.


Refunds

All refunds must be made on or before January 16, 2017. Requests made after January 16, 2017 will not be refunded.


Committee Assignments

If full payment is received during the early registration period and before November 30, 2016, country and committee assignments will be available around mid-January. If payment is received after November 30, 2016, committee and country assignments will be issued on a rolling basis. We ask for Committee and Country preferences during registration, but your preferences can be changed by emailing dumuncsecgen@gmail.com.
